150 Years ago Dr. Pound and his family cleared the trees from a section of their 5 acre property in Central Texas and built a two-room log cabin. The Pounds opened their home up to their neighbours and became a church, hospital, school and a social gathering place. They slowly formed the hub that is now Dripping Springs . Visitors can enjoy the trip back in time while they explore the cabin, the property and the history of the town's founding family.
