Operating on an 880 acre ranch the vineyard has eight grape varietals and because of the limited supply the wine is only available on-site. Tastings are available everyday with tours available Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Guests can enjoy lunch, either brought from home or arranged prior to the visit, on the cliff-side patio overlooking the vineyard.
